Summary: 

Avel eCare Specialty Clinic is seeking an experienced Gastroenterology/Hepatology Specialist to provide virtual consultations and follow-up care to our diverse patient population via a state-of-the-art telemedicine platform. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide on-demand consultations via phone or video to partner clinics
• Conduct scheduled specialty consults and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with onsite clinical staff to coordinate care for patients
• Review patient results and make tailored recommendations
• Offer provider-to-provider support through phone consults

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• MD or DO degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology
• Telemedicine experience preferred, but not required

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATION

• Active DEA certification and Board Certification in Gastroenterology/Hepatology
• At least one unrestricted state license (any state in the U.S.)
