About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an organized and proactive eCare Clinical Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the administrative operations of Avel’s eCare Specialty Clinic service line. The coordinator will play a key role in supporting clinical workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, managing equipment, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Coordination:
- Assist in the development and improvement of clinical and operational workflows.
- Educate staff on new processes and system implementations.
- Technology & IT Management:
- Collaborate with IT teams to establish and manage remote access to external EHRs.
- Oversee account activations, deactivations, software upgrades, and staff training.
- Manage equipment testing, troubleshoot issues, and follow up with IT on problem resolution.
- Data Management:
- Assist with month-end data compilation and reporting.
- Analyze data to identify quality improvement opportunities related to service line performance indicators.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate physician schedules and facilitate communication.
- Track patient visits and on-demand assessments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Manage incoming calls professionally, providing excellent customer service to patients, providers, and clinical sites.
- Assist with event planning and external communications.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general secretarial duties, including data entry, transcribing notes, assembling documents, and ordering supplies.
- Assist with policy and procedure development to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular video equipment checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (preferred).
- Two years of relevant experience or training (preferred).
