
IT Implementation Lead
General Hours: Monday - Friday (typically days)

Schedule: Full Time (80 hours/2 weeks, 1.0 FTE)
SUMMARY:
The Implementation Lead is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and reporting all IT tasks associated with customer implementations and post-implementations. This highly organized individual will use project management, technical, and service minded skills to work cross functionally between IT and Implementations to ensure that customer onboarding is performed efficiently and predictably. The Implementation Lead will be responsible for managing the IT portion of the implementation process including resource management, understanding status of all IT related implementation tasks, coordinate status meetings with the IT and escalating appropriately, and communicating status and working action items with the Service Line Management (SLM) team. When needed, coordinate brainstorming sessions related to site connectivity. Ensure team is meeting task timelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain tracking of all upcoming, existing, and post implementations.
- Ensure new implementations are resourced appropriately.
- Identify and monitor repetitive tasks for implementations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining implementations.
- Report on the status of all ongoing implementations.
- Participate in Implementation meetings.
- Manage the IT team's needs and concerns.
- Maintain coordination between SLM and IT team, ensure information is gathered when needed.
- Monitors and summarizes IT progress as it relates to implementations and post-implementation project progress and provides status reports to upper management.
- Consults with IT and operational leadership to identify and solve project needs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Three years of Project Management or hands on healthcare administration related experience preferred.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
- Certification in project management highly preferred.
