Service Line Coordinator

General Hours of Work: Generally Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) 

Exempt/Nonexempt: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Department/Unit: Avel Client Services

Schedule: Full Time (80 hours/2 weeks, 1.0 FTE)


The eCare Service Line Coordinator assists in the daily operations of their assigned service lines.  This position is responsible for achieving operational objectives and is also responsible for assisting with site implementations, interacts with multiple stakeholders, and must be able to develop internal and external relationships.  In addition this position will ensure day to day operations and systems are meeting or exceeding contracted service level standards. The ideal candidate must be flexible in working with different personality types, have effective communication skills, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. In addition, this position possesses strong computer skills needed to maintain identified spreadsheets, databases, and software.


  1. Manages and coordinates assigned projects as it relates to implementations.
  2. Document project requirements and manage project assets (documents, minutes, handouts etc.).
  3. Supports software management and entry as assigned to Avel eCare service line(s) and customers.
  4. Responsible for the maintenance of software and reports such as equipment inventory, and directories.
  5. Assigns follow up communications to the appropriate staff and stakeholders ensuring a consistent flow of information to staff and customers.
  6. Maintains professional communication with all interactions.
  7. Assists with the coordination of site visits related to the service line.
  8. Assists with the coordination of service line related meetings and attends as requested.
  9. Serves as a liaison to assure provision of technical assistance to staff and end users and supports deployment and troubleshooting of system and network problems.
  10. Provide coverage for absent peers and sponsors including administrative staff, Managers, etc.


  • High school diploma required.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Suite.
  • Health care experience preferred.
  • Administrative support experience preferred.
