
eCare Service Line Manager
General Hours of Work: Monday - Friday (days) with some weekend and evening involvement

Reports To: Director, eCare Implementation
Schedule: Full Time (80 hours/2 weeks, 1.0 FTE)
SUMMARY: The eCare Service Line Manager is accountable for assisting in the operations and management of their assigned service lines. This position is responsible for achieving operational and financial objectives and is also responsible for planning and executing site implementations. This position facilitates staff participation in departmental operations, demonstrates leadership skills, and is responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships. This position collaborates with multiple stakeholders and must be able to develop internal and external relationships and will also ensure day to day non-clinical operations and systems are meeting or exceeding contracted service level standards. This position will also assist with quality improvement processes, assist with regulatory body requirements, and with the development of policies and procedures.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Three to five years of experience in a healthcare environment is required.
• Leadership experience in managing a service/product line with direct responsibility for performance is required.
• Leadership experience in program or product management with direct responsibility for performance is required.
• Experience working in, or leading project teams is required.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
• This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avel
automobile liability insurance carrier.
• This position requires an unexpired US passport if responsible for assisting with government implementations.
